    Our primary service area is Grey & Bruce Counties and the surrounding communities. We take on select projects outside this area when the fit is right. Reach out and we'll let you know whether we're the right builder for your location.

  • Do I need completed plans before contacting you?

    Not at all. Some clients come to us with architectural drawings already prepared, while others are just beginning to explore ideas. We can help guide you through the process regardless of where you're starting.

  • Do you provide ballpark estimates?

    Yes. Every project begins with a conversation, followed by a preliminary budget discussion before moving into detailed estimating once plans and project scope are finalized.

  • Can you help with design ideas?

    Absolutely. One of our unique strengths is helping clients visualize their projects through conceptual layouts, AutoCAD drawings, and enhanced visual mockups before construction begins.
