Consultation and Concepts
Prior to our initial meeting we encourage our client to bring in sketches, ideas, pictures and approximate size of their new project.
Upon our first meeting we get to know our client and their lifestyle to help give us an overall design direction so your new project is designed around your lifestyle and needs. We look over the plan loosely and give a rough ballpark estimate to help the client get a clearer vision of what the project may cost. After collaborating and fine-tuning your plans we begin to prepare a budget containing all aspects (we account for everything, no surprise charges happen unless our client has made extra changes throughout the project.)
Once the estimate is complete we schedule another meeting with our client to thoroughly go through your project. Creatively making the most out of existing elements of your project, or add touches that make it a work of art without breaking the bank.
It is a big investment that will be enjoyed for years to come and we want to ensure that you are comfortable and aware every step of the process. The client can see how the projects fits into their budget and make any necessary changes before the plans are finalized. To keep you protected we are members of WSIB and Tarion New Home Warranty, all workers on site have all required safety and trades specific training.
Once the client approves the final budget, we enter into a signed contract and schedule a start date.
Next is the construction phase of the project!
